nope, for once.

two people i knew and both were out of the blue.

no new countries, but some new cities/states - Portland, OR; Las Vegas, NV; San Francisco, CA
6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?
a completed first book :-)
7. What dates from 2007 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
The trip to Portland was great b/c i met a new community of writers, and my first step in the Pacific was awesome too.
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Taking two months off from work to write the book.
9. What was your biggest failure?
Not getting as far as I wanted to.
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
nope.
11. What was the best thing you bought?
Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!

anyone who took a chance this year or embraced themselves as who they are.
13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
politicians, as usual.
14. Where did most of your money go?
to pay for my unpaid leave from the job.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
the trips i took, getting as far as i did with the book.

eh, there's a few songs I've listened to quite a bit: "Turnin on the Screw" by Queens of the Stone Age, "In Rainbows" album by Radiohead, TV on the Radio, and Gregory Brothers (West Coast Time and Don't Give Up On Me are awesome)

TV on the Radio - they kill

a book totally finished

The only one I saw in the theaters "No Country for Old Men"

christian bale and ed norton are always choice. kate winslet is a perennial fave. but since hubby is a public figure, he's #1 ;-)

wish i got to see my sis and the nephews more

some great people in portland - lance, andi, jacklyn, mike, evan and linda

you have to go for it, even if it means totally losing your grip on reality - but then again, who needs that? reality is overrated. oh, and everyone, everywhere, are posers - that includes me and you (yes, you, the person reading this right now). cuz once you realize you're a poser, you can get on to the real stuff.

I'm a big fan of TV On The Radio (thats why I've found this site) but I don't know the song "they kill". Could you please help me?
