i'm sitting in the library, trying to edit the albatross. i'm sitting next to one of those huge unabridged dictionaries (you know, the ones that sit on their own leaning shelf) and as serendipity does as she pleases, the page it's open to starts with Fibonacci numbers - fiddle pattern, but the word that catches my eye is at the bottom of the second column...
