for whatever reason, i feel very light, joyful and at peace today. this is going to sound weird, but it's like the light of the sun is within me and illuminating even the darkest crevasses and recesses of my being. clarity is my companion and creativity is our court jester.
i have to carry this feeling with me for the rest of the week, because it's going to be a stressful one. maybe i need to find a photo that's a good representation of my mood and carry it with me - sort of like carrying a little meditation shrine, except without the chanting.

I'm so happy for you! I hope that you're able to maintain this feeling throughout the week--definitely find a picture or something else to act as your focus/mantra piece. It'll be well worth it. :)
