you definitely need to check out chris jordan's art - i love taking something commonplace and turning it into something to think about.
so last night was the ppv taping. it was awesome - a solid, great old-school wrestling card where the boys (and everyone behind the scenes) was not only excited and ready to be there, but put everything on the line and delivered more than what was expected. it's great to see everyone so happy to be there and unified in the pursuit of greatness. i'm still not sold on this whole idea, but i'm not going to curse it either. i'll just hope everyone gets everything they want out of it.
and even though the weekend was exhausting, we were busy as hell at the merch table all night and the manhattan center was so hot that i felt sick to my stomach for the last half of the night, it was fun. two brothers were most certainly missed, but everyone else pulled it together to get the job done. and it's fun being around a bunch of guys who appreciate a gal who acts like them...even when i am wearing a dress and red heels. and it's a great balance of the interactions i have with everyone there with the more reserved nature of my job (in that i can't say or do most of the stuff at the center that i do at the shows). i miss those people when i can't make a weekend :-/
current mood: just waiting for the laundry to dry al fresco
