P*SSY-A** philadelphians....that's not a snow day! We've been under 2 feet of the stuff for 2 weeks now and that's nothing compared to what upstate NY is getting.
it may not LOOK bad, but that's a thick layer of icy on top of the snow. most people couldn't chop through it until two days later. and the other problem is that the plows can't fit thought most of the tiny side streets. stupid old city originally built for walking and horses ;-)
