i've been meaning to post something about this for a week now, but here it is, since i'm apparently on a political rant...or off the meds and completely manic 
it seems so sad to me that republicans and democrats just whine and complain about one another like a bunch of kids in class tattling on one another. and with this whole dubai port controversy going on, king george ii obviously lying about his knowledge of it in a completely pathetic way (by making his mouthpiece tell the press), and both demos and repubs getting riled up about it, wouldn't be be swell if one politico would step up and, in an articulate and classy way, act like a leader and guide the country into making intelligent choices, instead of lying and hiding behind cabinet members and hiring cronies and not caring about the future of this country and this world.
never say i don't love this country...i just hate 99% of the people running it.
