ok, i can't keep going to bed after 3am and getting up after 10:30am. i'm NEVER going to be able to get up for work next week. of course it doesn't help that it's really overcast today. no sun=me sleeping late. f'n S.A.D. (and not the emotion...the other gimmick)
and since it's so crappy and rainy out today, it's time to get the shitstorm...er, i mean the apartment in order. picked up a wine rack thingy at ikea yesterday because i've got 12 bottles of assorted stuff and 2 bottles of prosecco and i don't want any of them to break by stacking them up like a pyramid [am i adult enough to have that much wine? seriously]. but the kitchen needs cleaning up so i can start working on some sewing projects, namely turning some old pants into skirts and really getting to work on the t-shirt blanket (look at this for an idea of what i'm talking about). since i was so in my head all semester, it's good to create something with my hands rather than my overworked brain. and playing some super mario kart or other equally addicting video game will do wonders for my head and my cursing vocab (i swear like a sailor drunk on grog when i play and i don't even realize it - literally every other word is "bitch" "f'n" "motherf'er" "c**ks**ker" or a combination thereof - so i can't play them around anyone under the age of 18)
and i just realized that above paragraph was totally random stuff as it popped into my head. yeah....i better go drink some caffeine and get my brain in order. and maybe rambling like that means i'm getting close to writing again. wouldn't it be killer to have some semblance of a novel written by this time next year? maybe i do have a new year's resolution after all......

Big fan of the new picture of your nephu. I just couldnt contain my fits of awww after i saw what u did with the hat(nice touch btw). It was a riot. So I saw thee idea you had for that t-shirt banket. I cant wait till you get back, to heat what you did, and to also give you some AWSOME news, just know it has to do with the Center, I wont tell you it now because I really want to tell you in person but just know John, Steve, and even Irene have been wonderful to me.
